Returning a Product
You can
return a product to us within 14 days of having first received it. After
cancelling your order, you are given another 14 days to actually return the
product(s) to us. After receiving and checking the returned products, the
purchase amount including any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase
will be returned to you. The shipping costs for returning the product will be
paid initially by the customer and will be reimbursed upon request. In order to
make the return procedure as smooth as possible please make sure to fill out
the return form completely.
How do we deal with returns?
After
receiving your returned product it will be checked by us for any irregularities.
After passing the check the purchase amount and any shipping costs incurred at
the initial purchase will be returned to you within 14 days, provided that we
have all correct information.
Return procedure
If you want
to return a product you can make use of the return form. To make sure that the
return procedure is smooth and quick we kindly request you to fill in the
return form completely. Indicate your wishes clearly. Please include a copy of
the invoice or order confirmation with the return form.

Exchanging a product
In case you
want to exchange the product you received for another, our policy is to sent
this to you within 2 to 3 working days (depending on stock) after the returned
product has been received and checked.
Terms and Conditions
The product
must be complete, unopened, undamaged and including any accessories. The
invoice and/or packing slip must be included.
Costs
Initially
you will have to pay for costs of shipping the product that you want to return.
These costs will be reimbursed when the product has been returned to us in a
proper state and all required documents are included.
Received the wrong product?
In case you
received a product that does not have the same specifications as the one you
ordered, you’re required to make notice of this to us within 24 hours. We will
make sure everything is corrected swiftly.
